Frequently Reported Issues

  • App not installing: Ensure "Install from unknown sources" is disabled. Musiqly is only available on Google Play Store.
  • Music not playing: Check that the audio file format is supported (MP3, FLAC, AAC, WAV, OGG, M4A).
  • Streaming buffering: Try lowering the streaming quality in Settings or switch to a WiFi connection.
  • Sleep timer not working: Ensure the app has notification permission enabled in Android Settings.
  • Lyrics not showing: Some songs may not have synchronized lyrics available. Try online streaming songs.
